In a world where 87% of consumers consult Amazon or Google before making a decision, taking your business online is a no-brainer. It takes about 0.05 seconds for users to form an opinion about your website that determines if they’ll stay or leave.

One of the bigger problems for newcomers to the digital sphere is that there’s no one-stop-shop for websites, which often leads to confusion and bad websites that don’t convert well. That’s where I come in.

I’ve been passionate about the interwebs for well over 15 years, and started creating websites when we were still transporting files on floppy disks 💾. I emphasise with how non-technical people engage with technology and I’m passionate about finding the best available solution, case by case.

Frequently Asked Questions

What technologies do you work with?

I’ll work with the technology that makes the most sense for the client, and if that’s something I’m not comfortable with, I’ll refer you to the right person for your requirements.

That said, I’m familiar with a wide range of tech stacks, as I’ve been learning about and working across different technologies since 2004.

If you’re a small business looking for a website with common features, I can build that pretty quickly with WordPress + Elementor.

I also know my way around front-end (HTML, CSS, JS, jQuery) + back-end languages (PHP, Python, SQL) for custom work.

So, I have a good grasp of what I can and cannot do, and at the very least, if I’m not a good fit, I can give you some insight on what to look into for your project ✌🏻

For design-related work, I’m most familiar with Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign & XD), as well as Sketch & InVision.

I’ve recently also started using Later for social media management and Ahrefs for SEO in my own business. So, while I don’t currently offer those services to clients, I’m excited to learn more about them and share my knowledge when it makes sense to do so.

What types of websites do you build?

I build responsive websites based on research-backed UX principles. For the most part, that’s informational websites for small businesses, personal blogs, startup landing pages and e-commerce stores. I can also help design interactive mobile & desktop applications, and getting them ready for development.

Who do you work with?

I mostly work with Individuals (Personal Brands), Startups and Small-medium-sized businesses.

What type of projects do you do?

I have a flexible, multi-disciplinary skillset, but most commonly work on the following projects:

  • New Website Design
  • Website Redesigns
  • Web App UI/UX
  • Transfers to WordPress or other platforms
  • Site Maintenance
  • SEO Strategy Research
Can you help me with my Social Media?

I can help you set it all up, and guide you in the right direction for learning the key skills for managing your own social accounts. I don’t offer strategy, content creation and maintenance myself, but can refer you to the right person if you rather have someone else do it for you.

How do you charge?

I do customized packages, stripped off any features that you won’t need, as I believe that high-quality designs should be accessible to everyone. Websites start from $1,000 and I have a detailed rate card ready to send out to you. Don’t hesitate to contact me to have an obligation-free chat to find out how we can work together 🙂
